What does its our boutique do?
Its Our Boutique is a personal fashion brand for women & kids in India. We don’t do standard sizes, each garment we ship is tailor-made to your unique measurements. The name Its Our Boutique stands for our customers to feel our service as their own brand.

How can I try in Its Our Boutique?
There are 2 ways to try Its Our Boutique: 
 Customize: Get outfits tailor-made from scratch here. 
 Shop     : Get styles from our in-house fashion labels in your unique size here.

What’s the difference between Shop & Customize?
When you Shop with Its Our Boutique, you’ll choose styles from our in-house fashion labels. We’ll make them in your unique measurements. You’ll have a virtual design consultation with a Its Our Boutique designer, once you place your order here.
When you Customize with Its Our Boutique, we’ll tailor-make any style you have in mind — Indian or Western. Just select the outfit, schedule a design consult and place your order for it here

How do you take measurements?
With our Smart Measurements feature! That's right, you won't need a measuring tape. Available exclusively on the Its Our Boutique app, Smart Measurements can capture up to 70 body measurements with 2 pictures. Please note that you will need to enlist a friend's help for this. Our fashion designer will assist you with the process.

How does a design consultation with Its Our Boutique work exactly?
We understand that fashion is personal to every individual. And so, when you place an order with us, you’ll schedule a fashion consult with a Its Our Boutique designer for them to get a sense of your personal style and preferences.

**Virtual Consultation: Our designer will get on a Google Meet video call with you. They’ll understand your outfit preferences and specifications in great detail. They will also explain how to capture your measurements. The duration of the consultation will vary depending on the number of items your order has.

Do you sell readymade outfits?
No. We don’t sell off-the-rack, standard-sized clothing. What makes us unique is that every garment we ship is tailored specially to your unique measurements.

I have an outfit idea. Can Its Our Boutique bring it to life?
Yes! You can explain your idea to our designer or show us a Pinterest reference. We’ll take care of the rest.

What about fabric?
If you’re choosing styles from our in-house fashion labels, the fabric is included. If you’re customizing with Its Our Boutique, we can either pick up your fabric (if you have it already) or source it for you (at no extra charge).

I saw something on Its Our Boutique' Instagram. How do I get it?
Just place an order here. We have an option to select the models which we stitch while placing the order. Simply place an order for a ‘dress’ here. If the Model which you are looking for is not available in existing list then there is an option to upload the image of the model which you are looking for, where You can share a screenshot of the outfit which you have in your mind. Our fashion designer will get in touch with you.
